Returns and Refunds Policy

        By making the purchase, you admit and agree that our products will be only manufactured after your purchase is confirmed. Prior to your purchase, no pre-existing stock of the ordered goods exists. Moreover, in accordance with the information handed over, you understand and agree that you have the right to make changes or cancel your order within 12 hours from your purchase confirmation. Once these 12 hours have expired and your purchase enters into production, your rights to make changes or cancellations are surrendered. Except for faulty items, you do not have the right to cancel orders or return purchased items, as all orders are final.

1. Return conditions:

        RETURNS are handled based on specific circumstances. Returns are allowed ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The goods received are damaged. 
  • The print is defective.
  • The goods have the wrong size from the one ordered.
  • The goods have the wrong color from the one ordered.
  • The goods have the wrong design from the one ordered.
  • The goods have the wrong design type (e.g: a long sleeve t-shirt instead of a regular tee shirt) from the one ordered.

2. Return procedure:

        If your received goods meet the criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps to request a return:

  • You must initiate a return request within 21 days after receiving products. 
  • Once the 21-day period has passed, your right to request a return is considered void. If goods are returned prior to sending your request, those goods are thought about surrender. 
  • For all return requests, please contact us via an email at support@avtekco.com.
  • Returns can be exchanged for the originally purchased items or refunded for the original purchase price. Inquiries are usually addressed within 12 hours.
  • The return package should be sent to our processing warehouse at 16085 NW 52nd Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33014.

We cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Refunds (if relevant):

Refund conditions:

        Refunds are processed individually based on specific cases. Refunds for your purchase are applied only when the delivered goods meet the following criteria:

  • The goods received are damaged. 
  • The print is defective. 
  • The goods have the wrong size from the one ordered.
  • The goods have the wrong color from the one ordered.
  • The goods have the wrong design from the one ordered.
  • The goods have the wrong design type (e.g: a long sleeve t-shirt instead of a regular tee shirt) from the one ordered.

Refund procedure:

  • If you meet the conditions for a refund, please submit a refund request within 21 days of receiving your items. After this 21-day period, your right to a refund is considered forfeited. You can initiate the request by emailing us at support@avtekco.com.
  • The refund may be either full or partial, depending on the nature of the damage or printing error in your order. We only refund the damaged item(s) in the order.
  • The refunded amount will be returned to the payment account you used for your purchase. If you made the payment through PayPal, the refunded amount will be credited to your PayPal balance. For Credit card payments, the refund will be applied to your credit card balance.
  • Your refund request will be processed within 24 hours, and the credit will appear in your account as follows:
    • For PayPal, the refunded amount will be immediately visible in your PayPal balance after we confirm the refund.
    • For Credit cards, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your credit card balance.
    • After the specified time frame, if you still do not see the refunded amount in your account, please contact us at support@avtekco.com.

4. Late or missing out on refunds:

        If you have not received your refund after our notification, please follow these steps:

  • First, verify your bank account to ensure the refund has been credited or not. 
  • Second, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the refund posting.
  • Third, reach out to your bank, as there is usually a processing time before a refund is published.
