Delivery time
Customers understand and accept that the provided delivery timeframe of 2-5 business days is an estimate, and in some cases, deliveries may take longer or shorter than the specified timeframe. International orders may require additional 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Is it possible to ship the order to multiple addresses?
Currently, we only offer single-destination shipping. If you desire delivery to multiple addresses, we kindly request that you initiate separate orders for each specific address.
Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?
Clearly, we can send your order to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Please be informed that shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 40-45 days for the package to arrive. It is important to note that once your package has arrived at the military location, we cannot give any shipping status updates because of security reasons.
